The 2MP Outdoor HD-TVI Dome Camera from Hikvision features High Definition Transport Video Interface (HD-TVI) technology for providing high-definition resolution over an analog video connection. This technology allows you to connect high-definition cameras to BNC cabling so that you can easily upgrade your existing surveillance setup. The camera’s 1/2.7″ CMOS image sensor offers 1920 x 1080 resolution at 30 fps, and the 2.8-12mm varifocal lens produces a 105.2° to 32.8° field of view for a wide coverage area. The integrated mechanical IR cut filter enables true Day/Night functionality, and built-in IR LEDs provide up to 131′ of night vision in total darkness. Additionally, you can easily pan, tilt, and rotate the camera for choosing the specific area you would like to view. Automatic gain control, white balance, and backlight compensation settings enable you to capture clear images in ambient lighting, allowing you to use the camera in a wide range of scenarios. An OSD menu can be conveniently controlled with UTC (Up the Coax) technology, and the camera is IP66- and IK10-rated for weatherproof and impact-resistant protection.

The onscreen display menu allows you to make quick changes to the resolution and light settings of the camera for increasing image sharpness and brightness. Backlight compensation, digital noise reduction, automatic gain composure, and adjustable white balance features assist in providing clear video footage, regardless of changing light levels. There is a BNC connection for HD analog video output, allowing you to view your live video feed on an HDTV or monitor. The camera comes with an IP66-rated housing that provides protection from ingress of dust and moisture for uninterrupted surveillance in exposed locations.
